Eligibility Criteria:
1. 2015 B.E / B.Tech / MCA (Full Time) pass-outs ONLY.
2. Branches eligible : CS / E&C / E&E / Electronics / E&TC / IT/ E&I Only.
3. Candidate should have a minimum of 55% in SSC (X), HSC (XII) and Graduation (UG).
4. Backlog: There should be no current backlog(s)
5. Education Break: Maximum of 1 year break in education is allowed.
6. Good communication skills.
7. Referred candidates should be willing to work in any of the above mentioned job locations.
8. Candidate would be required to attend the interview ONLY at the Syntel defined locations as advised by the Campus Recruitment Team only.
9. Some functions may require the candidates to be flexible to work in any shift (Morning/ Afternoon/ Night) / 24*7.
