Infosys Recruitment Process For JKC 2011 Pass Outs

Infosys Recruitment Events for the JKC 2011 pass out students are to be scheduled from 4th week of March 2011, the final schedules would be announced soon. As there are few last minute changes in the recruitment plan the original plan to start the events in the month of February is delayed.

In the meanwhile it is observed that many candidates are on the verge of losing the opportunity in spite of having the required eligibility criteria as they have not updated their profiles with their respective JKC accounts. There are so many colleges where we have 5 or less than 5 eligible students for the Infosys recruitment events.

Eligibility Criteria considered:

• B. Tech all disciplines and MCA
• For B Techs: 60% in class 10^th, 60% in Intermediate / Diploma and 68% in B. Tech
• For MCAs: 60% in class 10^th, 60% in Intermediate / Diploma and 68% in Degree and 68% in MCA
• No active backlogs are allowed

Note: All the TPOs and the students are requested to go through the list of eligible candidates, in case anyone missed in the list in spite of meeting the given eligibility criteria please check their respective profiles in JKC portal and update them accordingly.

The eligible candidates are advised to prepare for the recruitment process according to the Infosys recruitment pattern.

All the 2011 passing out JKC registered student must have to complete the JKC Assessment test-1 & 2 on or before 20th January, 2011.

Instructions to take the test

1.       Candidate can login with your JKC Account UserID and Password on assessment 

           test portal.

2.       Once logged in they will get a menu

a.       Please Select Services -> Overview of Exam from the Menu and  click on it. They will get Instructions page.

3.       In the Instruction Page if they click on Take Test button then their paper will be

         generated.

a.       Note: Paper generation will take some time. Please be patient and do not close the window or do not refresh the window or do not click on Back button of browser, during the paper generation.

4.       Once Paper generated, the paper consists 60 questions and one submit button at the bottom of exam paper.    

5.       Answer all Questions by selecting corresponding Radio buttons and submit Paper.

a.       Note: Once they submit their exam paper and if they get score sheet means their paper submitted successfully, otherwise they can login again to check status of your exam. 

6.       While writing the exam if power failure or system shutdown then they have to take the test from first again. For this they need to login again to check their paper status.

• Candidates would be short listed for each of the JKC recruitment events purely based on the data that is available with JKC database, so it is the responsibility of the JKC students to see that their profile is correctly updated with JKC database

JKC Online 2nd Assessment Tests for JKC 2011 Pass Outs

All The students are requested to write JKC 2nd Assessment test at your HOME.

The students who have not written 1st assessment test can write 2 tests now.

Online Assessment Tests for JKC 2011 Pass Outs

As it was communicated earlier it is mandatory for all the JKC 2011 pass outs to appear for the 2 online assessment tests to be organized by JKC in order to get the eligibility to participate in any of the JKC recruitment events.

The first assessment test was opened for the candidates since 18^th December 2010 and considerable number JKC 2011 pass outs have taken the test. So the second assessment test is now activated for all the candidates who have given their first test.

• Candidates who have already given their first test can login into the online assessment portal and take their second assessment test accordingly
• Candidates who have not given their test 1 can still login into the online assessment test portal and appear for the test 1 and then they can appear for test 2 simultaneously
• Candidates who registered recently are supposed to complete their profile updation on JKC portal using the User ID, Password given by JKC and then they can appear for these 2 assessment tests

Note: Please note that this test is not to shortlist the candidates for any recruitment process. It is to give the students an opportunity to assess their performance on their own before they appear or any actual recruitment event so that they can work on those areas where they are lagging.

NOTE:-The Students who Registered in this academic year and who are 2011 passouts has to update their profile in jkc account and check that the year of passing of final year in jkc profile is 2011, then only they can take test on assessment portal)

Failures in Step2:

1. If your paper crashed intimate us with Hall Ticket no and Message to jkc.onlineexam@gmail.com with subject line as ‘Paper Crashed’.
2. If you get message like Paper submitted successfully then your Paper Submitted correctly.

The result of the test would also be made available in the respective accounts of the students on JKC portal soon.

Infosys Recruitment Process for 2011 Pass Outs

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates of the institutions which are established in the year 2005 or before are eligible
• Candidate should have 60% or more in class 10th, 60% or more in Intermediate / Diploma and 68% or more in B. Tech / Degree (for MCAs they should have 68% or more in MCA)
•  All the eligible candidates are supposed to appear for 2 online assessment tests by 10th January 2011 which would be conducted by JKC
•  Only the candidates who are eligible as per the mentioned eligibility criteria and who appear for the 2 online assessment tests are allowed to participate in the recruitment events
•  A mail will be sent to all the JKC registered students with the instructions to take these online assessments soon

Recruitment Schedule:

•  JKC is planning to schedule the Infosys recruitment events for 2011 pass outs from 3rd Week of January 2011, confirmed schedules would be communicated soon
•  For each recruitment event the eligible candidates of that region would be mapped and hall tickets would be sent to their respective colleges as well to the candidates

Selection Process:

•  Written Test (Aptitude and English)
•  HR / Behavioral Interview

Instructions for eligible candidates:

•  All the eligible candidates are here by instructed to appear for 2 online assessment tests
•  Candidates are requested to prepare according to the recruitment pattern of Infosys
•  Candidates are requested to prepare well on arithmetic, aptitude, verbal, reasoning and particularly the reading comprehension. It was observed that most of the candidates are disqualified in the written test due to their non performance in with English and reading comprehension.
•  So the candidates are advised to more exercise on reading comprehensions
•  Candidates are advised to assess their performance based on their scores in the online assessments conducted by JKC and work on their weak areas
