International Voice (Technical Support)

·         Process              :  Technical Support
 
·         Eligibility            :  B.Tech 2020 Passing Out Batch ( Any Branch ) With / Without Backlogs with any percentage.  
·         Responsibility   : Provide Technical Support to US Customers

·         Shift Timings    : Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.

·         Desired Skills    : Need Excellent Communication skills in English.

·         Technical Skills:  Must Have Strong Technical Knowledge (Laptops, Desktops, Printers – Hardware, Software and Networking related issues)

·         Joining              :  IMMEIDATE AFTER SELECTION PROCESS

·         Working Days   :  5 days working   Weekly Offs       :  2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)

·         Transport           :  Home Pickup and Home Drop

Rounds of Interview:

·         HR Screening

·         Voice and Accent

·         Technical Test

·         Operations Round.
 
Salary Range: CTC 2,59,908/ ( Take Home 16K + TRANSPORTATION )
