First class (50%) in 10th, 12th, UG and PG (Full time/Regular courses)
Willing to work in 24/7 Shifts & any MNC location
Should be an Indian National
No Standing Arrears
Not more than 24 months gap in education.

Roles & Responsibilities

Receiving end user calls
Provide first level resolutions
Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
Incident resolution and recovery
Ticket Closure.

Salary: Approx Rs. 3.38 Lacs Per Annum

· Candidates should carry all the original documents of SSC, 12th, CMM, Provisional Degree certificate ( Mandatory ).
· Candidates to attend the pre- screening process at NiteoIT office on scheduled drive date and should attend the online aptitude test.
· Once candidate got shortlisted in the test, the candidate has to attend Voice & Accent and HR interviews at NiteoIT.
· Candidates who clears and shortlisted for all the rounds with client are eligible for post training.
