This is an INTEGRATED Project, Training and Deployment program
• This is for BTECH 4th year final semester students passing out in year
2019
"What is Train & Deploy Program?"
Final Year Project :
• Duration of project is 3 months from date of joining
• Industry standard projects will be offered as per company terms
Training
• Duration of Training is maximum of 6 months
• 3 months training period with stipend – this will start after the
student has joined full time (back after exams)
• Training will be on the ongoing projects and technologies
Automatic Deployment Post Training
• Deployment
• After training, we will deploy you in our affiliate companies
• Automatic Deployment
• For all qualified candidates, Sun KPO Systems LLP will offer job starting at
Rs. 1.8 LPA to Rs. 2.4 LPA depending upon performance
• Security deposit with Cash / Bank Guarantee along with 1 year bond to be
executed
• Deployment with Affiliate Companies
• Deputation to other customer sites through ClearFocus
• Placements to other companies based on merit.
Why Train & Deploy Program?
Ordinary programs have these drawbacks :::
• They give information and skills in Bits and pieces
• No hands on industry type experience in corporate environments
• Not enough system time for thorough practice
• No practicing professionals to guide on day to day basis
• No targets – learn at your own risk
• These programs give some technology, but they do not make you a
professional programmer
• No team skills, no presentation skills, no SDLC…
• Habit of getting used to “notes”, not “self learning skills”

Project & Training - Fees Structure
Stage Duration Fees Terms
Project work 3 months 5,000=00 Cash/Cheque
Training 3 months 20,000=000 Cash / Cheque
TOTAL 25,000=00 To be paid in advance
• Both Project work and Training fees is REFUNDABLE IN FULL if the candidate completes 1 year of service with Clearfocus
on Train and Deployment program from the time of completing the training
• Candidates will be given project work in the area the company or its customers work in
• Candidates are expected to continue the work in their given areas and not change in between
• If the candidate abandons or does not complete the Project work or Training then the fees paid is forfeited
