CTC per Annum: INR 3,50,000
Job Description:
- Perform root-cause analysis for any issues reported by the customers as they use our software.
- Document bugs and enhancements reported by the customers and be liaison to the product team.
- Train new customers on product features.
- Monitor the production infrastructure and follow escalation protocols.
- Integrate DispatchTrack with other software using our API.
- Communicate over phone and email with international customers.
- Be available for rotational shifts 24X7 to support our customers worldwide
Bond Period: 2 years
Skills Required:
- Must have taken basics in programming course.
- Excellent Analytical and logic skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Selection Process:
1st round: Aptitude & Essay Writing test
2nd round: Final interview with US team (Skype/Video Conferencing)
