Job Description:
Designation: Tech Specialist / Associate - Tech
Eligibility: Only Circuit branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/E&I)
· 60% across 10th / 12th / Engineering / No standing arrears at the time of on – boarding.
· Compensation per annum: Starting salary of 2.5 Lakhs + incentive
· Domain: Mean Stack / Mobile SDK / .net or Java / Cloud Computing / High end Cisco. At the time of on – boarding, our Partner Organization will decide on Domain.
Job Location: Anywhere in India
Selection Process:
1. We begin by students registering, followed by a pre-placement talk from our team member.
2. In the pre- placement talk, the students are briefed about our company and our hiring model - We clearly mention that the we charge Rs 1,50,000 for the skilling program and give 100% guarantee of job placement. Also, we offer a 100% loan for the same amount through our banking partners if needed. The student will pay an EMI to the lender post our training and commencement of work at our partner organization.
3. The Assessment starts after the pre – placement talk. The interested students will have to take up the online test. Students securing the minimum score will be called for the GD round. Selected students from GD will then have the face to face interview.
4. The students who finally get though the interview will be given a conditional offer letter. If the student accepts the offer letter, he or she will have to submit required documents along with a DD for Rs 10,000 two or three days later. This amount will be returned as soon as the loan for the student is approved.
5. The students who do not get selected will receive an assessment report from our team which will help them understand where they lost out. They will be informed about their strengths and weaknesses through the comprehensive report given to them by us. The college will also receive an assessment report to understand overall performance of the students and understand their student's pain points and work on the same.
6. The engagement of students will start from March and they will get basic training through online training for a month before the Onboarding process starts with respect to the end of final semester of each college/university.
7. The students will be unbarred and trained for two months before deployed with our client corporations after which they will start repaying the loan taken for their training.

On – Boarding Process(Joining):
· Selected students will be given a Conditional Offer Letter, post which they will attend the Self – Funded Skilling Program after necessary Academic Credentials has been verified.
· Skilling Program starts from May/June 2018 and duration for the same is two months. Post the Skilling Program, student will be on – boarded to the client location. This transition period will range between 30 – 45 days. The Skilling Program is conducted in Bangalore and Chennai.
· Since PathFront’s Skilling Program comes with Assured Jobs, Banks extend up to 100% bank loan depending on the eligibility of the candidate. Skilling fee will be communicated during the pre – placement talk.
