Job Title : Software Associate Experience : Nil /Fresher Location:  Pune Primary Responsibilities : Prepare test cases as per Testing requirement Execute test cases Capture test results Raise Defects and retest fixes Close the defect after proper validation Work on Test automation initiatives Automate functional test cases using Test automation tools Make Changes to Automation test suites Requirement :  Completed Graduation in or after 2016 More than 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation exam and Post graduation Good understanding of SDLC and different SDLC Models Good understanding of STLC, Preparation and execution of test cases, Reporting defects Knowledge on any of Test Management and defect tracking tools i.e. Quality Centre, Testlink, Mantis, Jira etc. Knowledge of Test Automation tools e.g. Selenium, QTP, SoapUI Knowledge of Performance testing tools e.g. Jmeter, LoadUI Excellent analytical & problem solving skills Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
