1	APPLICATION submission	Filling up the Application form and submitting to recruitment panel	9.15 -09.30 AM
2	Aptitude Test	Test on Aptitude and Logical reasoning, to assess candidates’analytical skills and Logical thinking.	9.30 -11.00 AM
3	TECHNICAL INTERVIEW	Technical interview is totally to assess candidate’s technical skills. Questions would range across IT Skill sets and Understanding of Latest IT jargon.	11.30-01.00 PM
4	HR INTERVIEW	We try to understand candidate career goals, skills, strengths, passion etc. candidate can discuss with the recruiter anything would like to know about the position or INFOTORS as an organization	02.00 -03.30 PM
5	FINAL ROUND	Finally, if candidate is successful, an offer is rolled out along with compensation structure and other rules related to employment at INFOTORS	04.00 to 06.30 PM
