Common Foundation Training on Unix, Solaris, Windows, Oracle & SQL and Linux, Networking, Virtualization & Storage, Back-up & Recovery and prepare the trainees for the role of a Cloud administrator / Data Center support Engineer with the option to specialize in:
- Windows Specialization: Learn administration, troubleshooting and demonstrating enterprise usage of windows infrastructure. The module also includes introduction to MS server 2008, active directory, DHCP, DNS and implementing and configuring groups and policies
- Networking Specialization: Learn introduction to networking, basic and advanced study of network protocols, knowledge of switches, VLANs and Inter-switch trunks, Routing and Cisco IOS software, NAT/ PAT, Enterprise Network Security.
- Linux Specialization: Learn multiple aspects of Linux operating system including: OS Installation, File System Structure and Permissions, Service Management, Intrusion Detection and Recovery, Red Hat Satellite Server, Logical Volumes Manager Configuration and management and managing devices within the VXVM architecture and virtualization
