- B.E/ B.Tech ,MBA (any discipline) Graduates with minimum 60% aggregate throughout the academics and no backlogs passing out in 2017.
CTC per Annum: INR 1,80,000 - INR 2,50,000
Job Description:
- The job of a technical recruiter is to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions; the recruiter also reviews, reformats and presents resumes to hiring managers. These are some of the duties and requirements of a Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Format resumes meeting client expectations
- Research new technologies
- Create detailed job descriptions
- Follow up with candidates
Bond Period: 18 months
Skills Required:
- Decent Verbal and Written Skills.
Selection Process:
1st round: Aptitude Test
2nd round: Group Discussion
3rd round: HR round / Personal round
Additional Information:
Need to carry updated Resume and two passport size photos for the interview.
