6. Role& Designation: “Training Intern” initially and
after conversion “Associate – Training”
7. Responsibilities: The intern will be provided training
initially in the areas of Quantitative ability, Logical Ability, Verbal
Ability, Communication Skills, Soft Skills and technical areas The intern will then take up the role of a
trainer and train students from various educational institutions This will involve significant amount of travel
- All travel related expenses will be borne by the company On days when the intern does not travel as a
trainer, the intern will undergo intensive·
training at various levels in the above areas. Interns will also be trained on aspects of
Project management, client management etc.
8. Qualification
& Skills
BE / B.Tech from
reputed·
& recognized institute. Should have
a passion for teaching / education / skill development space.· Should have the eagerness to learn new
concepts and have strong fundamentals in·
Maths and English Good communication
skills.· Candidates with job offers and awaiting call
dates will be given preference.
9. Stipend & Pay
Stipend for the period of internship shall be a gross amount
of Rs. 8,000/- per month. In·
addition, they will be provided an accommodation allowance varying from Rs.2,
500/ to Rs.5, 000 (based on their base locations) - subject to submission of
proofs / original bills for the same and subject to verification. If the intern performs well as evaluated after
every 3 months, the organization may·
choose to make an employment offer. The current CTC for fresher’s is Rs. 2.64
lakhs per annum
10. Other Details Dress Code:
Formal dress for gents & formal sarees for ladies on their
training days.
Joining Dates: Joining dates will be immediately announced
after final selection process. · Candidates should be available at least for 2
months tenure. ·
