This is to inform you that Airtel is planning to recruit MBA any specialization students
for the positions of Territory Sales Manager - Rural Prepaid.
Please ask your students to register for Airtel recruitment on or before 22nd November (Wednesday) by 04:00 PM.
Eligibility for above roles: Both Male & Female students from MBA any specialization (2016-17 passing out) students.
Total CTC: 3.25 lacs (Fixed: 80%, Variable: 20%)
Compensation at the time of joining will be 3 lacs and post confirmation (after 6 months of joining), the variable amount of 30k (@20% for 6 months) would be provided as bonus and the salary would be revised to 3.25 lacs. This would be in case of successful confirmation. Other details regarding compensation and role would be shared on the day the process is conducted.

Step 2: Please find attached Airtel's CV format. The CV should be complete in all aspects and should not exceed more than one page.
Students must handover the soft-copy of filled CV to your Placement Officer.
