Job Description:
- Researching, understanding, and documenting business requirements of existing and new clients.
- Writing functional specifications based on the client requirements.
- Providing day to day support of the system to the clients.
- Providing user training to the new clients.
- Testing and delivery of approved modules by the Development Team.
- Have strong problem solving abilities and a desire to learn.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Are Assertive and Dedicated.
- Have experience and understanding of relational database concepts (MS SQL Server). This is an added advantage.
