In line with the above, RBL Bank in partnership with Manipal Global Education is rolling out “Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Foundation” under the umbrella of RBL Bank Academy of Probationary Officers. The Programme aims to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in Banking. It is a training Programme designed to develop a pool of first level managers with banking knowledge & required skill-sets to perform efficiently in their day-to-day activities in areas of Risk, Credit, Operations, Sales, Retail Assets & Branch Business Banking. A successful completion of the 12 month would lead to a “Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Foundation”.
Highlights of the Programme
· One year Residential Programme being conducted in partnership with Manipal Global Education, Bangalore.
· The Courses being offered are in the areas of Credit, Risk, Sales, Operations, Retail Assets & Branch Business Banking.
· The Programme focuses on balanced approach of providing inputs comprising of relevant knowledge, developing banking skills & shaping required behaviours.
· The training imparts knowledge and skills in core banking areas like Credit, Risk, banking products, processes, systems, regulations and compliance frameworks involved in day to day operations
· The course is tailored to the RBL Bank’s requirements. The candidates will go through real-life case studies on Credit Assessment, Risk Management, Operations, Sales , Branch and Business Banking, Retail Secured/ unsecured Lending and compliance in the course curriculum.
· The Programme stresses on skill building of the Probationary Officers so as to enable them to be productive from day one.
· A cashless bridge in the form of a loan is provided to all participants to fund the cost of the Programme.
· A monthly stipend is paid to students both during campus terms & internship.

Selection Process
The selection process for fresh candidates for Probationary Officer will consists of:
- Online Aptitude test
- Online Psychometric Assessment
- Case-based Group Discussion (GD)
- Interviews
Career Path & Compensation
· Program Duration - 12 months
· The compensation is commensurate to market and will be communicated when the trainees are interviewed for final placement .
· Will be designated as Executive Trainees on joining.
· Confirmation post 12 months.
· On confirmation, the employee would join us from Assistant Manager & onwards grade.
· Performance Bonus & increment will be as per company policy.
