Job Description:
- Identifies the requirements of the clients and discusses it with the development manager
- Monitors software development process and supports the team members in all phases of the project.
- Initiates the testing process and discusses test results with the senior developer to alter or modify current features and specifications.
Bond Period: No bond
Skills Required:
- Good English listening and comprehension skills.
- Good English composition and grammar.
- Proficiency in regional languages.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Basic typing skills, speed of >45 words per minute.
- Good internet research skills.
- Good English vocabulary.
Selection Process:
1st round: Grammar, Essay Writing
2nd round: HR face to face(Testing your language fluency )
3rd round: Audio and Video Test(see and listen to audio and video write the subtitles in the audio )
4th round: Operational Manager round (would be testing your basic communications)
5th round: HR Manager round
