HCL Training & Staffing Services (HCL TSS), an in-house training and staffing arm of HCL Technologies, it aims to enable fresh graduates and engineers across streams to launch successful careers in Information Technology. Towards the same, HCL TSS is hiring Engineers / Graduates of 2013, 2014,2015&2016 batch as per eligibility criteria outlined below.

HCL TSS offers LEAP - LEARN TO EARN ACCELERATOR PROGRAM

HCL TSS LEAP is a six-month, full time, residential training program which addresses critical skill required for desired transformation from student to a working professional.

Students pursuing LEAP can fast-track their careers by specializing in SAP, Business Analytical Skills, Application Support & Maintenance, Testing and Networking & Infrastructure Management.

In the past 2 years, over 1800+ graduates have successfully completed the program and are now deployed in HCL Technologies.

This six months program comprises of three months on-campus classroom training which is followed by three months intensive on-the-job training. While the classroom training is conducted at HCL’s state-of-the-art campus in Manesar, Gurgaon; on-the-job training is conducted at HCL Offshore Development Centres spread across Delhi - NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.

Job Description :

Designation Offered: Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee

Stipend: INR 5000 per month during the on-the-job training (OJT) phase

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Delhi – NCR HCL Technologies offices

Salary: Immense earning potential with a starting annual salary of INR 2.5 Lacs p.a.

SAP: ABAP and BASIS

SQL: MCTS

Networking: CCNA

Windows: MCSA

Testing: ISQTB

Linux: RHCSA

Software Applications: ITIL 2011 (and many more…)

Eligibility:

BE/ B. Tech Pass outs (All Streams)

MCA, M. Tech( All Streams)

55% and above in X and XII

60% and above in graduation or equivalent degree

No standing back papers
