Job Description
1) You are expected to be at Fission Labs Office by 9:00 AM on 23rd July '16 (Saturday)
2) You are expected to bring a copy of your resume, 2 passport size photographs and the answer sheet mentioned in point 4 of "What we look for/Skills" section
3) You are expected to bring copies of your certificates and mark sheets (Only Photocopies)
4) We will conduct a brief screening test that lasts for 10 minutes to eliminate non-serious candidates
5) Candidates who get through the screening test will be tested on
- Java/Python
- Analytical Aptitude & Reading comprehension
6) The written tests would be followed by technical discussion
7) Shortlisted aspirants will be notified for Management & HR discussions in the next week
Your Role
1) Understand the requirements by going through the specifications, documents and inputs from business analyst/client to participate efficiently in design, development and testing phases
2) Understand application architecture document and seek input from architecture/design teams to understand the architecture
3) Develop artifacts (code, documentation, unit test scripts), conduct unit test in order to build the application and make it ready for validation/delivery

What we look for/Skills
1) B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / MSc graduate 2015/16 Pass-outs only
2) Aspirants trained on Selenium will be preferred
3) Good at, and can code in one of the following programming languages: Java/Python. We will test your proficiency from the above list.
4) Interest/passion for quality. To showcase the same, we request you to answer the assignment which will be shared with you through an email and bring the answers along with your resume to the walk-in
5) You are someone who is a
a. Fast learner
b. Good communicator (both oral and written)
