· Qualification – BBM & MBA (Marketing)
o 2015/2016 pass out for permanent role
o Perusing candidates for contract and internships
o No constraint on academic % marks
· Skills - Negotiation, selling to Customer Needs, Building Relationships, Market Knowledge, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Competitive Analysis
· Role – Marketing and Sales
Recruitment Procedure:
Step 1: Written examination at your college campus
- Questions will be on analytical and writing skills
Step 2: Group Discussion
- Students will be evaluated on their convincing & communication skills
- Topics would be announced during the GD round
Step 3: Personal Interviews
- For permanent role, this round would happen at our office in Gachibowli, Hyderabad
- For contract and Internships, we would conduct at college campus
Timings:
9.30 – 10.00 : Interaction with students on ‘Entrepreneurship’
10:30 – 11:30 : Written Exam
2:00 – 5:00 : GD + Personal Interviews
