Job Description:
  • Digital Marketing Executive
    • Responsible for SEO & SMO strategies implementation of Google Analytics Develops unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives
    • Setting up analytics dashboards for ecommerce portals
    • Expert at creating dashboards and custom reports in Google analytics
    • Devising strategies to implement analytics for ecommerce portals
    • Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
    • Experience working with analytical software (e.g. Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Core metrics, etc.)
    • Executes projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget
    • Works with project managers to ensure team is aligned to client requirements
    • Reviews statements and estimates of work prior to client review
    • Provides campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients
    • Ensures accountability is established during the project planning process
  • Graphic Designer
    • Must have proficiency in working with Adobe design suite (Corel, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Good typography sense is an added advantage)
    • Basic understanding of design hygiene, including typography, colors is mandatory
    • Should have worked on multiple creative campaigns for direct marketing, brand communication - brand Identity, Product brochures, Packaging, Exhibition and Event branding
    • Experience in handling multiple projects with efficiency
    • A team player with excellent communication skills.
    • The candidate is expected to understand the delivery pattern of the industry and should be able to deliver work on given deadlines.
  • Content Writer
    • Contribute to the creative process and provide strategic solutions
    • Translate creative brand strategies into engaging and meaningful copy
    • Take ideas and solutions from concept to implementation in a way that motivates readers to consider the brand, product or idea
    • Write for multiple media channels, including websites, widgets, emails, banner campaigns, user interfaces, style guides, print and presentation collateral
    • Collaborate with design team to provide content that brings visual elements to life
    • Conceptual mind able to collaborate with marketing teams, creative teams and clients
    • Execute editorial calendars and content programs for various digital platforms like blogs, websites, micro sites etc.
  • Copy Writer
    • Conceptualization & ideation on the brief as provided by the client servicing team
    • Generating original ideas that answers the brief, engages the target audience and pushes the brand
    • Undertaking research and staying on top of digital trends in order to continue to create copy and generate consistently good ideas for clients
    • Writing and presenting a few options to clients
    • Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar
    • Modifying copy until the client gives approvals
    • Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
  • Client Servicing
    • A dynamic personality, who is driven by passion about servicing
    • One who understands the brand, its value and has excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and problem solving ability can match their footprints with our agency.
    • Must successfully be able to bridge the gap between client and the agency with persistent service and maintain a good relation with the client.
  • Management Sales
    • Responsible for revenue generation and sales targets.
    • Should be able to meet deadlines.
    • Reporting to the Manager with the key responsibilities at work.
    • Should be responsible for completing the given task list and should have an in-depth comprehension of the daily activities of the salespeople.
    • Ability to understand the Strategies for Management Sales.
    • Delivering accurate and timely month end reports.
    • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
    • Sound understanding of modern management techniques applicable to their field.
    • Someone who continually develops management skills is a must.
