Role & Responsibilities:-
- Managing the End to End recruitment process from Sourcing, Screening of resumes to conducting interviews to close the positions.
- Search for the perspective candidate according to the client requirement.
- Source the profiles from job portals, database, reference, social sites, Networking etc.
- Screen and short list the perspective candidate based on desired job profile.
- Tele interviews the candidate initially to check their interest level, communication skill and technical skill.
- Check the candidate fitness in terms of CTC, Notice period, and other necessary requirement.
- Schedule the interview of the shortlisted candidates
- Coordinate with the candidates until they join.
- Create and manage database of all candidates with details.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the candidates.

Any Additional Information:-
- After Selection & joining: the initial 3 months would be the training period followed by an evaluation test; those who meet the set standard in evaluation test, will enter the probation period of 3 months.
- After the probation completion, the second round of formal evaluation would have to pass through to get confirmed on rolls of the company. Offer Letter & appointment letter will be provided after getting confirmed on rolls of the company
- For US IT Recruiter Trainee profile the candidate should be flexible to work in the night shift also (18:30 hrs. – 03:00AM).
- During training & probation period the candidates will be paid 8K / Per Month
