HCL TalentCare and its partners are working relentlessly to improve the ecosystem of skill development and youth employability across the country. With 10 million new college graduates entering the workforce every year, India has the potential to become the workforce of the world by 2020. And yet premium employers today are demanding higher quality skills and becoming selective and stringent in their recruitment.
HCL TalentCare aims to enable fresh graduates to launch successful careers in Information Technology through its unique skill development and staffing business model. Towards this objective, we wish to visit your campus and select students. HCL TalentCare hiring program is called “YOUNG GRADUATE’ PROGRAM (YGP)”.
YOUNG GRADUATE PROGRAM (YGP)
· The YGP is a job assured skill and career development program which addresses the critical skills required for desired transformation from student to a best-in-class professional, thus enabling the learner to launch careers in Networking & Infrastructure Management.
· In the past year, over 900 students have successfully completed the program and launched their careers in globally recognized technology companies through HCL TalentCare.
· YGP is a self-funded program, with a fee of Rs.1, 30,000 /-, candidates after selection have to pay 30,000 K and rest they can while joining or take a loan provided with AXIS bank
· HCL TalentCare has partnered with leading financial institutions, who offer loan facility to the student.
YGP consists of
· 2 month on-campus learning module conducted at our world-class learning facility at Hyderabad
· 3 month on-job training module where the learner is provided an opportunity to translate their skills into action in a real workplace environment. The learner is provided stipend INR 7500/- during this period.
o During this time, the learner is expected to successfully pass a range of international certifications.
o The learner is paid a stipend during On-Job Training period.
Eligibility
· BSc [ Computer Science, IT, Electrical, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics ] & BCA graduates from2014, 2015 passed out batch
· Candidates should have 60% in their Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation.
· Students should have no arrears or backlog papers at the time of application.
Selection Process
· Pre Placement talk about Young Graduate Program to the students
· Online Selection Test & Interview
Infrastructure required
· Auditorium/Seminar Hall to conduct Pre-Placement Talk with Projector and mike setup
· Online lab with Internet facility uninterrupted(Minimum 100 Systems)
· Chrome 35 browser or higher (independent of OS) to be installed by your lab team
· Buffer Class rooms/Waiting Hall/ rooms for personal interview/discussion with telephone facility if available
