     Eligibility :    B.E/ B.Tech (All Branches)

                        60% and above through out academics(no backlogs).

POSITION NAME:- Technical Support

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ABOVE COMPANIES:-

   In this role it is expected that the Technical Support Associate answers 15 to 25 calls a day from customers requiring assistance.

·          Each call will last on an average 18minutes and will comprise diagnosis of the problem and troubleshooting.

·         Each call is expected to end in complete resolution for the customer.

·         The Customer Support Associate needs to use defined escalation path at appropriate times for timely customer issue resolution.

·          The associate needs to have a clear understanding of the support policies & Call quality requirements and should be able to deliver appropriate solution ensuring customer       satisfaction.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES and SKILL SETS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:-

Excellent Communication skills

Should have a flair for Customer Service & Computer Technical Knowledge.

     

2) Pratian Technologies drive is scheduled on 29th May 2015.(Civil students are advised not to apply for this post)

 All the circuit branches with good coding skills, Mechanical as well if they have coding skills.

Percentage Cut off : 60% and above throughout their Academics.

Interview Process : 

1) Round 1 : Aptitude and Code Analysis  (online)

Eligibility for Round 2 :(Aptitude Cut off Percentage 70 and Above, Code analysis 50% and Above)

2) Round 2 : HR and Communications Skills
 

3) Round 3 will be Coding round (The candidates can Select any Programming language of their choice to write Code.)
