Criteria: In 10% ,12th, B.Tech / Degree - CSE / IT / ECE / MCA with 60% through out should be 2012/13/14 pass-outs Only.
1) Interview Process
· Paper based Aptitude Test
· Technical interview/ HR interview
2) Payment Terms
· No Salary During Training( 3 Months)
· Rs 7,500/- PM from 4th Month till one year.
· Company will pay Rs 2500/-PM *24 months (Rs 60,000) as Loyalty Bonus will be paid after 24 months of binding period.
3) Terms
· Should carry 10th, 12th and B TECH / DEGREE or MCA Original certificates (Mandatory) for interview and should submit if selected.
· 24 months of binding agreement (including 3 months of training)
· Binding of Certificates
· Appointment Letter and Binding agreement effect from 1st day it self
· Your first performance evaluation would be after 12 months from the day you complete your successful training. All good performers would be entitled for salary revision and/or designation change.
You have to sign the Letter of Acknowledgement before appearing for process.
