Greetings. As promised we are getting Tech Mahindra drive on 22-5-2014. This year we have already conducted more than 10 drives . I congratulate all the students who were successful in those drives. After attending all these drives ,we have to learn some lessons. Our Vaagdevi students are second to none in their technical skills.and all the students are faring well when they come to technical and HR interviews. Only problem with our students is with Soft skills and aptitude. Most of the students are filtered at first stage itself. Hence , I request you to introspect yourself in this context and come prepared to the drive with a zeal to successful completion of soft skills and aptitude test. Your determination will help me and our College in getting a name and fame. It is your duty to repay back your College by getting selected in the drive. God bless you and may the almighty give you strength for your success. I am here with attaching the eligibility criteria for the said drive. Hope you will not disappoint me.
Eligibility Criteria :
· Min 60% aggregate in 10th Standard
· Min 70% aggregate in 12th Standard/Diploma
· Graduation/Post-
· Gap - Max 1 year gap permissible in the entire academic career and that too only between any two courses
· No Back logs
· No loss of year due to failure to pass any exam
· Branches – Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, MCA, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunication
Modus of Selection :
· LAN based Aptitude test followed by Technical and HR evaluation and announcement of results with each stage acting as a filter
The online test would consists of the following:
Total duration of the test: 80 mins.
Aptitude test – 70 questions ; no negative marks
English Test – 100 questions ; no negative marks
