1) Job Title: Tech Support Engineer – Help Desk
Job Description :
  • Candidate should be from computers stream( Preferable)
  • Should have excellent communication
  • skills (Verbal-Business English)
  • Candidates with prior Technical support/IT Helpdesk experience is must.
  • Flexible with shifts.
  • Should have knowledge of computers and networks.
  • Monitor his/her Work orders within WO SLA for the resolution
  • Candidates should have good business email writing skills.
  • Candidate should be able to learn and work on AD, Networks
  • Candidate will be responsible for creation of Work Orders, handling calls/ emails,proper followup's,handling escalations.
  • Understand the business, process flow.
  • Coordinate with team members and technicians
  • Should work on the requirements provided by the Team lead and Managers.
  • Should be able to provide Technical support on wide range of issues related to computers hardware, software and IT Infrastructure
  • Focus on customer delight by giving a first call resolution
2)Job Title: Customer Support Engineer – Product Support


Job Description:
  • Candidate should be able to learn and work on Navision Service Management Module.
  • Candidate will be responsible for creation of Service Orders, Sales Orders, Return Material Authorizations, Quotes, call handling/email ,documentation and proper followup’s.
  • Understand the business, process flows.
  • Should be able to work on Reports, Evaluate CSR’s
  • Coordinate with team members and technicians
  • Should work on the requirements provided by the Team lead and Managers.
  • Should be able to provide technical support for all Rapiscan product lines.
  • Candidates should understand the Rapiscan Product line.
  • Candidate to focus on First Call Resolution.
  • Candidate to focus on excellent customer service for external and internal customers.
  • Canidate to focus on customer satisfaction on all aspect of this position.
Qualifications
  • Candidate should be from the Mechanical/ Electronic engineering back ground
  • Should have excellent call handling skills.
  • On Call Support Communication (English Language).
  • Aptitude towards learning.
  • Should be technically savvy to read the schematics of our product line.
  • Candidates who clear the basic Electronics Test will be forwarded to the next rounds.
3) Job Title: Application Support Analyst– Help Desk
Responsibilities :
  • Provide consistent high quality technical support for customers through email or phone (Preferable Application Support ERP).
  • Communicate effectively with requestors and next level systems and service management throughout problem management process to ensure that all communications are timely and accurate.
  • Follow documented support procedures; manage each issue through resolution to meet established service levels.
  • Analyze problems by drawing upon application knowledge, frequently asked questions, history of support resolutions and the team to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Track and update all problems in the call tracking system ensuring that documentation is thorough, accurate and meets ticket quality standards.
  • Escalate incidents in a timely manner per support procedures.
  • Proactively monitor, recognize, analyze, isolate and/or resolve and document all applications support issues.
  • Liaisons with development and Business Analysis groups in the resolution of problems and supports project schedules and changes.
  • Maintain technical skills through participation in ongoing training.
Qualifications :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
