- Developing New Vendors as per new development.
- Co-ordinate and monitor vendor performance rating and drive for vendor continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure that the vendor development function is running effectively in each client process.
- Should possess skills to develop high quality vendors and should be able to put in place strategic tie ups with few vendors who are critical for Company growth.
