Coding Challenge Instructions
Signup and Registration
➢ Login to https://hackerbay.co
➢ Click on “SIGN UP” on the right corner.
➢ Fill in your Name, Email ID, Password, Gender.
➢ Click on “Create Account”.
✓ Click on Student/Employer.
✓ Fill in your details.
✓ Click “Save & Continue”. Next Page
✓ Fill in your Mobile Number and Click “Get Verification Code”.
✓ Enter the Verification code which you receive on the given number.
✓ Click “Verify & Continue”.
Your Account on hackerbay is created.
➢ Login with your Email ID and Password.
➢ Search your college name in the Search Bar and Click on the Your College Specific Challenge. (Eg: IIITB-The Hackmania Series) (OR) GoTo the Registration Link provided to you.
➢ Click on “APPLY”. You will see “Approval Pending”. You will be approved soon!! Post Approval On the college specific page you can now see a new button called “TAKE CHALLENGE”. This button will be active on the day of the Challenge and at specified time. Click TAKE CHALLENGE to start your challenge. Important Instructions
➢ As soon as you click on “TAKE CHALLENGE” your Challenge will be started and timer will start ticking.
➢ Read the problem very carefully before you start coding.
➢ Choose your preferred language like C, C++, Java etc at the section on the top.
➢ Start Coding in the coding window.
➢ You can navigate among the questions from the question number bar on the left.
➢ Click on “ SAVE” button in regular intervals to save the written code.
➢ Click on “SUBMIT” when you are finished. Post this you cannot re-edit the code.
➢ Click on “EXIT CHALLENGE” to exit the window.
➢ Once the Timer ticks 00:00:00 you will automatically exit the window and your saved code will be submitted automatically.
