Job Description :
- Maintain day-to-day operations of document staging and checking. Respond to client queries and ask right questions
- Write, illustrate and edit existing or new proposals, product manuals, project documents, user guides, blogs, presentations, tech diagrams and flowcharts
- Work extensively with the Technical team to gain an understanding of the technical details and functioning
- Work with Development, Quality Assurance and other cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy in the manuals
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills while interacting with various teams and should have the ability to understand their queries
- Read and analyze functional specifications or other technical documents to interpret overall functionality and product intricacies
- Effectively understand and interpret client briefings to conceive, develop and produce effective project documents
- Producing original, precise, clear and credible content
- Producing various copy options, to be presented to the client and modifying copy until the client is satisfied
- Amend revise and redevelop the creative content as per feedback from client
- Involve in various copywriting and editing tasks as needed
