Percentage criteria: Candidates should be having an aggregate of 60% throughout their academics with no history of backlogs.

Salary Package: CTC Rs. 9000 per month for the first six months and it may be increased after 6 months which solely depends on performance.

Job Description:
- Learn technologies & solutions that Bhea specializes in through a combination of self-study and classroom training.
- Develop capability to install, configure, develop/customize and maintain software application, such as, SugarCRM, Asterisk CTI using the technologies HTML, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL/MSSQL databases, etc.
- Assist in testing software built by others, as well as, assist sales team in fielding technical questions during pre-sales.
- Develop proficiency in oral and written communication, and ultimately, be responsible for engaging customers directly during development and support phases of the projects.
- To observe decorum and abide by company’s culture, ethics and reporting hierarchy at all times.
- C, OOPs Concepts, HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and MySQL
- Good problem solving ability
Selected candidate will be appointed as Trainee and will be in training period up to 6 months. The designation after training period is Software Engineer.
- The candidate on receiving the offer letter should join immediately.
- An employment bond needs to be signed on the date of joining for Three years. Termination of the bond will lead to a compensation of Rupees One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand and twelve month’s gross salary paid/payable.
- Following documents need to be submitted in original on the date of joining:

Employees need to reside within 3 kilometer radius of the office premises and should be willing to relocate.
The candidate will be paid a stipend of Nine Thousand for the first six months and it will be increased after completing 6 months probationary, which solely depends on performance.
