Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E/B.Tech (CSE, IT& ECE disciplines only) Graduates with 70% aggregate throughout the academics without any backlogs and passing out in 2017.
- Those who have undertaken internships in the past are preferable.
CTC : The first 2 months of employment would be considered as an internship period where the candidate would be provided a stipend of INR 10,000 per month (total of 20,000)
- Post the second month, a performance review would be conducted to ensure that the full time employment starts with ease. For those who require further training after 2 months, the company would go ahead to do so.
- Post 2 months, the employee would be entitled to their compensation as mentioned in the offer letter. (Anywhere between 20,000-25,000 per month)
Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in Web-development, portal development and eventually applications as well.
- Work with outside data sources and API’s.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Bond Period: NA (However we would expect them to work for a period of 6 months minimum)
