Job Description: Out Bound Customer Service Associate
Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (DHFLVC, Jayabheri Silicon Towers,)
Job responsibility:
1. Is responsible for outbound calls via Automated Dialler Telephony systems to collect the payment from the customer’s.
2. Is responsible for error rectification in Loan accounts.
3. Is responsible for making customers on board of Company website (i.e. Signup).
4. Should meet all Targets on Quality metrics, AHT & Login Adherence.
5. Regular followup with customers on collections or Call back requests.
6. Maintaining daily compliance calendar: total calls, archived data calls, Channel partner calls closures, mails/SMS etc.
Skills & Academics:
· Graduation in any Stream.
· Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
· Mandatory, candidate should have Ability to converse well in English, Hindi & Telugu (Telugu or other regional language)
· Wiling to undergo with Product & Process Training & Certification process.
· Candidate should possess willingness to handle high targets, timelines and earn Incentives.
Experience:
· Fresher’s/Graduates (Degree/MBA) with excellent communication skills.
** B.Techs Not Allowed.
